By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how the power of breathwork can be integrated into your yoga practice and daily life. You’ll also gain tools for enhancing mindfulness, increasing energy levels, and supporting emotional balance through conscious breathing.

You will learn a variety of breathwork techniques and their applications in yoga and daily life. The workshop covers both the experiential aspects of breathwork and its scientific underpinnings, including how these practices can improve mental clarity, reduce stress, and boost overall well-being.

You’ll have plenty of opportunity to  ask questions and interact with the instructor. The course includes Q&A sessions, group discussions, and one-on-one interactions with the instructor to ensure that you can fully understand and apply the techniques you learn.

It’s always great to bring your own yoga mat, but if you don’t have one, mats will be available at the venue. Don’t forget your water bottle and a notebook

We’ll be hosting it at the stunning yoga village at Cosmos Oasis, just a short walk from famous Echo and Batu Bolong beaches.

This urban zen retreat is complete with multiple practice, lecture and lounge spaces, two swimming pools with artesian water, and complemented by a variety of accommodation options in case you need to stay in for the night.

Cosmos is a collaborative space and a socially conscious venue with high and strong values. They actively participate in projects to raise funds for charity and help NGOs like balistreetsmum.org who provide refuge and training for mothers and children in the community, sponsoring them through school and providing nutrition and better living conditions to keep them away from the streets.
