Our ability to focus on a single task is directly related to our ability to reach our optimal creativity. Ancient yogic tradition emphasized the importance of a “one-pointed mind” to attain elevated states of being. Where the mind goes, energy flows!
We’ll discuss the common challenges to focus, how developing focus can increase the quality of our lives, and we’ll guide you through some key yogic practices that will help you improve your ability to tame a wandering mind.
