Happiness resides in a healthy mind and body. I absolutely love and adore the way yoga supports me to flow into being - to practice and to feel strong yet at ease, to be able to pause and just be. To honestly check-in with myself and celebrate and enjoy my body for what it is and not what’s expected of it. Yoga has taught me so much about myself and of our existence, it brought me a wholeness that I love to share to support you to find the space you need to bring yourself comfort in your body, mind and soul

“We do not see things as they are. We see things as we are” – by Anaïs Nin
Born in Germany, Emma grew up in Berlin. From a very young age, fascinated by different cultures and countries, she explored different places to live, study and work.
Coming from a competitive background of gymnastics and running, her whole world changed in 2011 after going to her first yoga class in Australia.
Ever since then, Yoga has been part of her life, offering new ways of learning and being, and allowing her to always feel at home in herself.
During her studies, she combined her love for creativity, adventure, science and structure, pursuing several degrees in Cultural Studies, Languages, Human Resources and International Business Management.
Coming deeper into her practice and the joy of exploring new knowledge, Emma crossed paths with Zuna Yoga® in early 2017 for her first 200 hour training.
Inspired by diving into Zuna’s treasure trove of the unique and masterful combination of techniques and practices, she returned home and began to share her love for yoga teaching several classes weekly while completing her master degrees in Germany, Denmark and Portugal.
After working for a few years in the corporate world in Denmark, she decided to take the leap to teaching full time yoga in various studios in Copenhagen. Emma also worked as a researcher and completed additional trainings in Yin and Vinyasa.
Emma became a part of the Zuna Yoga® team in 2022, supporting the YTTs and the online studio.
