We’ll review your application and typically respond within 24 hours. Please wait for written confirmation before booking flights or making travel arrangements.
Once accepted, we’ll send you an invoice with payment instructions and hold your spot for 72 hours. You can pay by Credit Card (2.9% fee), PayPal (4% fee), or Bank Wire Transfer. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
A $500 deposit secures your spot, with full payment due 60 days before the training. If you were offered the ‘first 5 sign-ups’ discount, you’ll receive it by paying in full. We’re here to assist you every step of the way!
Our application process is designed to make sure the training is a good fit for you and that each group can learn and practice well together. We review every application personally and usually respond within the next business day.
