Our core philosophy is drawn from the traditions of Hatha Yoga and Tantra. We are non-dogmatic, non-hierarchical, and non-religious. Zuna Yoga® is primarily focused on self-development.

We offer yoga classes of a variety of lengths, from just 10 minute quick fixes to 2 hour deep dives. Guided meditations and yoga nidra are from 30 minutes. Practices are on demand, and accessible to members only in the library of our online yoga and meditation classes. Occasionally, we offer live, interactive events such as Advanced Workshops and Master Classes. Replays are available if you can’t make it to the live session

It’s easy! You can sign up for Online Yoga and Meditation Classes with a day pass or monthly membership here.

After you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email that gives you access to the member area. This is where you can see the entire library of on-demand classes and past events, as well as the schedule of upcoming live events. Explore our offerings, including online yoga teacher training classes and online meditation teacher training classes, to enhance your practice and deepen your understanding.

You can click the Log In button at the top of this page, or simply visit this page and enter the email you signed up with and your password.

A single day pass costs $4 and gives you access to any live classes on that day, as well as all replays from the past 7 days. Monthly unlimited membership currently costs just $9, giving you an amazing amount of value.

All you need for viewing our online yoga and meditation classes is your computer, tablet, or phone. Your wifi should be fast enough for streaming. The On Demand library is hosted on our website. Live events can be accessed either on Zoom (interactive workshops) or afterwards, directly on our website (on demand). 

When you’re logged into the member area of the studio, you can access the entire library of online yoga and meditation classes by following the “On Demand” link from the main menu.

To attend a live event, just click on the event and follow the link instructions. Members don’t need to pre-register to join any live events. Links to join are available on the events page inside the member area. Some special events on Zoom are available for single purchase for non-members.

Can’t make a special event because of your schedule or time zone? No worries! All live events will be recorded, and the replays will be added to the library for you to watch at your convenience. Non-member attendees will have access to replays for 30 days. We recommend signing up as a member to get unlimited access to all our content, with no expiration!

When you join our members-only studio with an unlimited monthly option, you have access to every on-demand class as well as all live events on the schedule.

Within the online studio member area, there is link to access the private social media hub. 

The social piece of the Zuna Yoga Online Practice Community is built on Mighty Networks. It is not a Facebook group.  It is an easy to use online network that you can log into either on your computer or via an app on your phone. 

Members like you from all over the world can share resources, experiences, and questions about the practices.

Teachers will moderate and respond to any questions you have about the online yoga and meditation classes. Participation is very welcome and entirely voluntary.

Yes, you can cancel your membership to the online yoga and meditation classes anytime.   Just go to  your Member Account details. Just click on the “Cancel your membership” link and your auto-renew will end at the next billing cycle.

Of course! We understand that the demands and rhythms of life are constantly in flux, and that you may join, leave and rejoin later. So if you want to return to guided yoga and meditation sessions, we’ll be here for you. One note: if the membership fee has changed since you last joined, we are unable to offer the original price you paid and further service will be at the current monthly subscription rate.
