A 2.5-day immersive lab exploring nervous system regulation and cognitive clarity through breath-based calibration
Human Resonance Lab is an immersive, science-informed workshop exploring how breath can be used to recalibrate the human system — supporting internal coherence, clarity, stability, and cognitive ease.
Rather than pursuing peak states or dramatic breakthroughs, this work focuses on what has quietly drifted out of alignment. Through carefully sequenced embodied practices combining breath, movement, deep rest, and meditation, participants are invited to feel how coherence emerges in real time.
The experience establishes clear reference points — felt states of regulation, stability, and clarity — that can be recognized and re-accessed in daily life.

INTEGRATION
In contemporary life, many people are capable, intelligent, and deeply committed — yet still find themselves mentally overloaded, unclear, or inconsistent under pressure. Often, this isn’t a problem of skill or effort, but of lost internal coherence.
When the human system is calibrated, attention naturally steadies. Cognitive performance improves without force. Energy becomes available without strain. Intuition can be felt clearly, without losing discernment. Action feels simpler, more precise, and more sustainable.
Human Resonance Lab trains this capacity not as an idea to understand, but as an experience to feel. Through embodied practice, participants sense directly how coherence reshapes perception, thinking, and presence — and how it can be re-accessed in real life, when it matters most.

A progressive immersion unfolding from Friday evening to Sunday morning, designed as a coherent arc of regulation, activation, and integration.
Coherence is the condition in which complex systems function optimally.
- Dr. Marion Tharrey, co-director of ZUNA YOGA
Zuna Yoga® integrates somatic movement, breath-based regulation, nervous system intelligence, deep rest, and reflective integration into a coherent, non-dogmatic methodology informed by tradition and modern science.
In the context of the Human Resonance Lab, this approach emphasizes:
• The body as an intelligent, self-organizing system
• Breath as a primary interface for calibration
• Regulation as the foundation for clarity and resilience
• Coherence as a dynamic, trainable state
• Mastery as an ongoing process of calibration, not control.
The practices you will experience during the workshop are designed to reduce internal noise allowing perception and intelligence to operate with greater coherence in practice and daily life.
This opening session allows participants to arrive fully and downshift from daily momentum. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, Yoga Nidra, and meditation, the nervous system is guided into a regulated, receptive state.
FOCUS
Establishing safety, baseline coherence, and nervous system settling.
PRACTICES
– Gentle somatic movement
– Long-exhale breathing
– Yoga Nidra
– Light meditation
TAKEWAY
A felt reference point of calm, coherence, and internal stability.
FOCUS
Experiencing coherence under increasing demand.
PRACTICES
– Breath–movement coordination
– Gradual increase in intensity
– Pauses for sensing and integration
TAKEWAY
A clear, embodied distinction between activation with coherence and activation with dysregulation.
FOCUS
Making sense of the experience. Explain in simple, practical language, how coherence influences clarity and cognitive performance.
PRACTICES
– Short, clear explanations connecting practice to nervous system regulation
– Repeating key exercises with small adjustments
– Guided exploration to refine interoception
– Long Yoga Nidra for deep integration
TAKEWAY
A clearer understanding of how coherence develops — and a direct experience of how deep rest helps the nervous system absorb and stabilize learning.
FOCUS
Stabilizing coherence and supporting forward integration.
PRACTICES
– Practice-based recap
– Subtle refinements
– Self-guided sensing
— Integration-oriented meditation
TAKEWAY
Confidence in recognizing and re-accessing coherence independently.
By the end of the Human Resonance Lab, participants will have:
– A clear felt sense of coherence and regulation
– Direct experience of how breath shapes perception and mental clarity
– The ability to distinguish energy from dysregulation, and intensity from overwhelm
– Greater trust in embodied discernment
– Practical tools for ongoing self-calibration
The goal is not to create permanent states, but to strengthen your ability to return to coherence. Participants leave with clear reference points and concrete tools for regulating their nervous system.
Some prior experience with yoga or somatic practice is helpful, but this is not about athletic performance. It’s about awareness, regulation, and learning to listen more precisely.

We strongly recommend that participants ensure their availability before registering and consider purchasing travel or event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
In the unlikely event that Zuna Yoga must cancel the workshop, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to apply the payment as credit toward a future workshop or training.
The studios will provide all mats and yoga props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Don’t forget to pack a water bottle, a notebook, and wear comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in.
Yes, the workshop is open to all levels. While it is designed to be accessible and inclusive, some prior experience with yogic postures is recommended to help you feel comfortable during the movement-based practices.
Whether you are relatively new to yoga, have been practicing for years, or are deepening an existing path, the techniques and insights shared will be adaptable and relevant, supporting both personal growth and practical integration into daily life.
You have the option to join for Day 1, Day 2, or both days of the workshop. However, because the workshop content is designed to build progressively and offer a deeper immersion over the two days, we highly recommend joining us for the entire weekend to fully experience the journey and get the most out of it.
