Serving as the first module of our 300-hour Meditation Teacher Training, this 75-hour immersion is the ideal foundation for anyone seeking a lasting, authentic, and comprehensive path to meditation. This 75 hour immersion offers a comprehensive blend of meditation theory and practice, thoughtfully designed to deepen your self-awareness and establish a meaningful personal practice. Please note that this course does not include practice teaching and does not certify you to teach meditation. If you’re interested in becoming a certified meditation teacher, we invite you to register for our full 300h MTT in Bali.
Should you choose to continue your journey, the hours completed in this course count fully toward your 300 hour certification with Zuna Yoga. You’re welcome to join the remaining portions of the program at a future date that fits your schedule. Contact us for details.

The in-house chef prepares delicious healthy food only using wholesome, fresh, local ingredients (vegetarian/vegan options available). Laundry services are available.

Once your application is accepted, you can make a deposit of $500 to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the start of your program.

It is open to all levels. Some initial exposure to meditation is recommended before attending this course. Anyone with a strong interest in learning to meditate and understand the philosophy and science behind these ancient practices is welcome to attend.
The 75 hour course is a great introduction to meditation techniques, theory and practice. If you have the time and opportunity, we highly recommend enrolling in the full 300 hour Meditation Teacher Training for a deep dive.

Different people respond to different styles, and having a diverse toolkit is essential to find your best practice and serve your students.
Yes! Seated meditation requires stillness, but our bodies need regular movement throughout the day as well. We start our day with a simple guided asana practice. During lunchtime, you can swim laps or do you own workout. You’ll have regular opportunities to move around and stretch between lectures. There is a second asana session in the late afternoon before our final evening meditation.
