Our core philosophy is drawn from the traditions of Hatha Yoga and Tantra. We are non-dogmatic, non-hierarchical, and non-religious. Zuna Yoga® is primarily focused on self development and personal empowerment.
We believe that within each and every one of us lives the truest source of wisdom we are all seeking. Our aim is to awaken others to this inner knowing and tap into the wisdom, courage and strength it offers.
There’s a lot more to yoga than just the poses. We’ll share a vast library of impactful techniques and timeless wisdom drawn from both tradition and science to help you reveal the best, brightest version of yourself.

EXPERIENCE
Our teachers have decades of experience in practice, teaching, training, business and yoga studio management. Our mission is to empower you by sharing our knowledge fully, without reserve.
EXPERTISE
Instructors from richly diverse backgrounds, highly educated and competent in their fields of expertise. All Zuna Yoga® facilitators are graduates of our training programs.
We offer yoga classes that are 30, 60, and 90 minutes. Guided meditations and yoga nidra are from 30 minutes.
Currently our practices are delivered live online, recorded and uploaded to our Online Studio platform where they are available for replay for 7 days after the original class.
We are currently expanding our services to include On Demand classes, workshops and courses. This service will be available soon to our members.

When you join our members-only studio with an unlimited monthly option, you have access to every class on the schedule.
Can’t make your favorite class because of your schedule or time zone?
No worries! You also have access to the video library with all classes from the previous 7 days. Within four hours of a class finishing up, it will appear in the library for you to practice on your own.
It’s easy! You can sign up for a day pass or monthly membership here
A single day pass costs $15 and gives you access to any live classes on that day, as well as all replays from the past 7 days. Monthly unlimited membership currently costs just $29, giving you an amazing amount of value ($185 worth of live classes, events and replays).
All you need in terms of devices is your computer, tablet, or phone. Your wifi should be fast enough for streaming. Livestreams and replays are hosted on our website.
You don’t need to sign up to join any live classes. We’ll be streaming live directly from our website. The calendar view provides details and allows you to add the class time directly to your own calendar.
All classes are recorded and will be available within the video library for members. They stay there for 7 days and then removed. New classes take place 5 days per week.
When you’re logged into the member’s area of the studio, you will see the video library by following the “Replays” link from the main menu.
Of course! We understand that the demands and rhythms of life are constantly in flux, and that you may join, leave and rejoin later. So if you want to return to guided yoga and meditation sessions, we’ll be here for you. One note: if the membership fee has changed since you last joined, we are unable to offer the original price you paid and further service will be at the current monthly subscription rate.
