TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are committed to providing a transformative and supportive experience for all of our students. To ensure clarity and fairness, please carefully read the following terms and conditions before registering for a Zuna Yoga® Teacher Training.

These revised Terms and Conditions apply to all applications submitted on or after March 23, 2025. For applications submitted before this date, the Terms and Conditions provided by the Zuna Yoga team at the time of registration remain in effect.

Registration
  • To reserve your space in a Zuna Yoga® Teacher Training, a non-refundable deposit of USD $500 is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 2 months prior to the start date of your training. A reminder will be sent before the due date.
  • Registrations made within 2 months of the training start date require full payment at the time of booking.
  • If you are receiving the First Sign-Ups Discount, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure this special rate.
Travel & Insurance
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers health, accidents, trip cancellations, and other unexpected events.
  • Zuna Yoga® is not responsible for personal expenses or losses related to travel, health, or other unforeseen circumstances.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat or Teacher Training, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We recommend World Nomads travel insurance, designed by travelers for travelers, with coverage for more than 150 activities as well as emergency medical, lost luggage, trip cancellation and more.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans may change. We aim to be as fair as possible while upholding the integrity of our programs. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as early as possible, as additional notice allows us to better support you through the process.

  • More than 5 months before the training start date: You will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Between 3 to 5 months before the training start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% (excluding the deposit) can be applied as credit towards a future training. Credit is valid for 2 years / 24 months from the date of issue.
  • Less than 3 months before the training start date: We are unable to offer a refund at this stage. However, we will issue a credit of 50% of the tuition portion of your payment, which can be used towards a future training within 2 years. Please note that no credit will be provided for the accommodation portion of the package.
Tuition & Accommodation Packages

Some Zuna Yoga® programs are offered as tuition-only options, while others are offered as all-inclusive packages combining tuition, accommodation, and meals.

  • For all-inclusive package, the above cancellation and refund terms apply to the entire package, including both tuition and accommodation portions.
  • For tuition-only option, the same cancellation and refund terms apply solely to your tuition fee.
Program Changes
  • Zuna Yoga® reserves the right to make changes to the daily training schedule, venue, or teaching staff if necessary.
  • In the rare event that we must cancel a training, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
  • Zuna Yoga® is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred outside of the training package.
Health & Participation Requirements
  • Zuna Yoga® trainings involve physical activity and personal development work. By registering, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent full participation.
  • We recommend consulting your doctor before enrolling, especially if you have any existing medical conditions.
  • We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive, they show signs of mental instability, if they are a danger to themselves or others, if they fail to maintain 100% attendance, or lack the skills necessary for participation in the teacher training. Incomplete or inaccurate information on the application may also result in dismissal from the program. In the event of dismissal, any refunds of tuition will be at the sole discretion of Zuna Yoga®. No refunds will be made for travel, meal or accommodation packages booked.
Force Majeure
  • Zuna Yoga® will not be liable for any delay, loss, or cancellation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, government regulations, strikes, or acts of God.
  • In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or offer alternative options, but refunds may not be possible.
